Privacy and cookie policy
What data this site collects, why, for how long, and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Who is the data controller
The data controller is Alessandro, developer and operator of the Recruiter CRM software and the jobdeskcrm.com website. You can contact me about anything concerning your data at alessandro.jobdesk@gmail.com.

I do not sell your data and I do not use it to profile you. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses.
Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which collects payment data independently under its own privacy policy. I do not see or store your card details.
3. Cookies
The site does not use profiling cookies. Google Analytics cookies are set only after you click "Accept" in the banner. If you click "Decline", nothing is loaded.

Your choice in the banner is saved in your browser (local storage, entry analytics-consent): it is a technical item that only remembers your preference and is not sent to me.
The homepage video is embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com): YouTube may process technical data when the video loads or plays, under its own privacy policy.
You can change your mind at any time by clicking "Manage cookies" at the bottom of any page, or by deleting cookies from your browser.
4. How long I keep data
- Analytics statistics: for the period set in the Google Analytics account, and in any case no longer than 14 months.
- Emails: for as long as needed to reply and give support, then deleted.
- License and purchase data: for as long as needed to manage the license and as required by law.
5. Who I share data with and where it is processed
Data may be processed by the providers I use: Google (Analytics and YouTube), GitHub (hosting of the site and downloadable files) and Lemon Squeezy (payments and licenses). Some of these providers are based in the United States: transfers rely on the safeguards in their contracts (for example the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
Data you enter in the program does not pass through me: Recruiter CRM works offline, and candidates, sheets and settings stay on your computer.
6. Your rights
You can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what happened before. Write to alessandro.jobdesk@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

I may update this notice. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of the page.
